Hay Day is a free to play farming simulation social game.

The gameplay is based on operating a farm where you have to plant and harvest crops, feed animals and produce food using ingredients from your own farm or sourced from the farmer's market. You can also sell the manufactured resources on the market which will give you coins that you can spend on purchasing new manufacturing and processing equipment and animals. You will have to wait a certain time in real-time before your farm’s products are ready to be collected and sold. You can speed up the time consuming processes by using diamonds, of which you have limited quantity, but can acquire more throughout the game.

In Hay Day you can connect to your friends through Game Center and Facebook to play and to trade with them. The game's controls are based on touch gestures that mimic real farming activities. The graphical representation is optimized for retina displays.
