Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Action Game

The database says this title was released in the USA for the Sega Master System.

I can't find any evidence on the Web to support this. It seems unlikely, since it was released on the NES--releases tended to be exclusive to one of the two consoles in the US.

Am I wrong?

I think you're right. Two lists of every SMS game released do not list a US version.
