Description

This is an iOS conversion of Gerald Lientz's 1987 gamebook, initially published by Berkley and Iron Crown Enterprises. The player makes crime-solving decisions on behalf of the helpful cousin of fictitious detective Sherlock Holmes' companion Watson, with the help of RPG-style skill checks effected through colliding random die rolls against player stats.

In this app, mysteries to be unraveled include getting to the bottom of a doped racehorse ("Irish Star") and investigating a suspicious death under apparently natural circumstances in an elite London gentleman's club.
