Description official descriptions

WINtA is a music game created for charity and designed by Masaya Matsuura know from games such as PaRappa the Rapper and other music games.

WINtA stands for "War is not the answer" and refers to the title track. Each track is specifically designed with unique graphics and style. The game itself is free and comes with the title track for free. The other tracks can be bought in-game for 99 cents and the proceeds go to charity. New tracks are added periodically to the WINtA store.

In the game the player is presented with icons in different patterns depending on the song. Some icons will start glowing whenever words are sung. They need to be tapped by the player at the right moment. The better the player times his taps the more point the player earns. Getting chains of correct taps earns multipliers for even more points. To add to the difficulty the camera moves along a predefined path and the playing field isn't sitting still either. When the player fails to tap an icon the words aren't sung out of tune. Special icons function as a whammy and can be shaken with a finger to add effects to the lyrics.

Using Plus+ the player can collect achievements and compare scores with friends or global leaderboards.
