Description

In 19th century England, a special agent for the British Crown called Cunning is sent on a special mission to protect Teodor Milos, a spy carrying important secret documents for the government in his voyage to Venice. The papers disappear while both men are traveling on the yacht Victoria, prompting Cunning to start an investigation to find the thief and retrieve the documents.

It's all about masks is a hidden object game with elements from the adventure genre, where most of the time the objective is to find and click on all the items listed at the right side of the screen, on Victorian locations filled with assorted paraphernalia scattered around the scenery. Some of the objects are stored inside the inventory case below the list, from where they can be dragged and dropped over logical places to perform an action or complete a task. The hint button is a statue at the top of the list, showing the position of one of the required items but taking some time to recharge after use.

Mini-games appear occasional on separate screens after interacting with certain scene hotspots, with self-contained puzzles that must be solved by direct manipulation of pieces or mechanisms of some sort.
