Description

Ivan Drago! is a browser game dedicated to the Rocky Balboa movies - only here, the main character of this fighting game is Ivan Drago, the main enemy from the 1985 film Rocky IV. After a crushing defeat by Rocky Balboa, Drago returns (with the help of former seventh and last General Secretary of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev?) and seeks revenge on Rocky and anyone who dares stand in the way.

The game plays similarly to the original Final Fight games. The player character moves from one side of the screen to the other in this 2D side-scroller, while dealing with a variety of opponents on the way. The bad guys include high school jocks, Italian mafia members and gay cowboys. The controls are standard: the arrow keys move Drago around the street and the action button makes him punch; holding down on the button and releasing it after a while unleashes a much more devastating attack.

As players progress, they can unlock other fighters, most of them from the Rocky franchise. There are a total of four characters in this game (including Ivan Drago), each with completely different powers.
