Description

Garfield: The Bubble's gameplay is identical to the Bust-A-Move concept, but features the well-known cat from the Jim Davis' comics. Garfield can be moved at the bottom of the screen while the space on top of him is gradually filled with colored bubbles. Garfield needs to rearrange these into groups of three of the same colour (vertically) to make them disappear. Up to four bubbles of a single colour can be swallowed and then be relaunched.

You can score additional points by causing chain reactions. If you leave certain bubbles unattended, they will change into uneatable coins. These can only be removed by an adjacent chain reaction, but you also need them these coins to move on to a next level. With each level, the speed and the amount of uneatable coins to be removed, is increased. If the bubbles reach the bottom of the screen or touch Garfield, the game is over.
