Kids age 6 and older will enjoy racing LEGO cars and building racetracks on Stunt Island. This game has excellent graphics and clearly narrated instructions offered up by Mr. X, the owner of the island. You can play against the computer or with as many as three others. By winning races in the Championship area, you receive more cars and pieces—such as stunt jumps and buildings—to use in track construction.

Playing Lego Stunt Rally is most definitely a lot of fun for kids of all ages, and even grown-ups may get a good kick out of this one. I give this game 4 out of 5 GIN gems because it's clearly strong enough for adults, but made for kids.

Game Boy ColorAll Game Guide (2001)
All in all, LEGO Stunt Rally is a pleasant little diversion of a game, and one of those rare titles that seem to be geared toward younger audiences that would actually amuse them rather than insult them. It should have included a link-cable two-player mode, so that knocks the score down a bit. But even older gamers can get a kick out of the single-person experience, and while it isn't filled to the brim with brilliant, deep gameplay, it can help take all of us back to the toys of our youth.
