Description
Private Frank Leandro is killed in action in Vietnam but wakes up on the isle of Avalon in the days of King Arthur. There he is sent on a quest to retrieve famous artifacts from Arthurian legend and use them to save the future in this text-adventure game.

In the tradition of the Infocom games, the package included a photo of Frank and his platoon buddies, a notice of Frank's death sent to his family, and some other correspondence.
Once and Future was in development for over six years, making it the most eagerly-awaited text adventure game of all time.
The name change (from "Avalon") came at the last minute, when Cascade Mountain discovered that the name was already trademarked for a computer game and could not be used.
