not risk-based, but a resource-oriented strategy game. Randomness is OPTIONAL!

The Good
The fact that you can turn off the dice. This is the only game I now of that was made for both C-64 and DOS where the C-64 was better! Why? With more than the dos CGA-three colors- C-64 could have four players. Turn mode game, can play live foes or against the machine. Map editor included!!

The Bad
Sometimes, the machine would start "thinking", and get stuck in an infinite loop. Crash.
