Legend Entertainment's President Bob Bates said, "Today the web is an excellent way to keep in touch with our customers. Visitors to our site will be able to post technical questions and receive free gaming hints. In the near future, we hope our web site will be a place gamers gather before playing one of our multi-player online adventure games."
Legend Entertainment plans to utilize the new web site for promoting its upcoming release The Lost Adventures, a compilation of eight award-winning adventures spanning the sci fi, fantasy and comedy categories. For a limited time beginning June 1, visitors to the Legend Entertainment web site can download Frederik Pohl's Gateway, one of the two science fiction hits in The Lost Adventures. The free download also includes a text file of the Gateway hint book. Mission Critical and Shannara downloadable demos and screen shots will also be available. The new site also features a Legend Entertainment trophy room and offers direct internet links to game magazine reviews and previews of Legend products.
Ms. Oriani continued, "We wanted the gaming public to bookmark our web iste. We're celebrating our launch with the spectacular Gateway giveaway and plan to continually add contests, discounts and drawings to encourage our gaming fans to visit the Legend Entertainment web site often."
