While converting the Amiga original to the PC, The Dome refused to speak to the game's level designer Stuart Campbell, as he had given their Last Action Hero license an extremely negative review while still working for Amiga Power magazine.

Extras/Demo versions

Amiga users received two "extras" concerning the original game: * "Cannon Fodder 2 - Alien Levels" - four demo levels included to The One magazine * "Cannon Fodder 2 - Not very festive" - a very unique addition included to the Amiga Format magazine that consists of four new missions
