There's a PC-98 release by Imagineer called Harpoon: The Next Mission. It contains 3 add-on scenarios (NACV, MEDC and IOPG), it seems like a standalone release - the package contains 4 disks (1 system disk and 3 scenario disks). No idea if this release has as Scenario Editor as it's all in Japanese.

So the question: did a similar compilation came out in the West for, say DOS or Amiga? I looked through the Harpoon series game group but couldn't find an exact match.
