Tap-Repeatedly/Four Fat Chicks
This game is an excellent example of all the things that are good about the adventure genre when a game has been built correctly. There's an engrossing story, puzzles that are rational and keep the player immersed in the story, not setting it aside to solve them, and music and graphics that do the job of tying it together in a cohesive package. This is a classic—pick it up play it if you'd like a game that gives you a good, old-fashioned, third-person, story-driven injection.

Game Revolution
Prisoner of Ice is an engrossing game that pulls you in with its mysterious plot. If only the gameplay ran a little smoother, this game could have been really good. Unfortunately, many small, annoying problems with the game doom it to mediocrity.

Prisoner of Ice is a game with a lot of heart and spunk, a great premise and excellent hand-drawn graphics; but it is hindered by a ridiculously wandering plot, pointless puzzles, poor character development and just plain bad writing. Interactivity is far from intuitive, and the game mocks the user's attempt to do something experimental. "That's stupid!" and "It's pointless!" are messages that frequently appear when the player tries to solve puzzles that make no sense to begin with, have little basis in reality and no regard for human creativity.
