It’s also a shame that there’s no single-player mode that you can use to practice in. Savage is a fairly complex game, and you can spend quite a lot of time just drifting from one server to another trying to figure out how the game works. Some sort of tutorial or single-player mode would make Savage much more accessible. As it is, Savage is a game with plenty of potential, but may mainly appeal to more experienced gamers who will already understand how this type of online game works.

Savage is a game that relies very heavily on teamwork. If you approach the game expecting to simply play a real time strategy game, or are merely looking for a quality first person combat experience, then you will be disappointed. But the game has to be assessed at what it was made to be, and if you are looking for a unique, team-oriented combat game then Savage will give you a great deal of enjoyment.
