Still, for anyone who enjoys strategy games or is looking to try one, I would recommend Civilization III as a worthy addition or starting point for a collection.

Aside from the horrible lack of multiplayer support and shameless use of the phrase “my bad”, Civilization III has it all. Featuring rich gameplay, unmatched depth combined with ease of use, beautiful graphics and delightful audio, this game will keep any fan of the turn-based strategy genre busy for hours on end.

Les 16 civilisations, les cinq conditions de victoires, le nombre de cartes infinies et la possibilité (bientôt) de créer vos propres cartes, feront de ce jeu un classique immortel ! Civilization III n'est pourtant pas une grande révolution par rapport à Civilization II, il y a bien de grandes évolutions, mais le principe, la base restent les mêmes, on retrouve vite Civilization II. En gros, l'amélioration des graphismes et la stabilité sous les deux OS apportent une touche de jeunesse à ce classique ! Serait-ce que Sid Meier, le créateur des trois Civilizations, aurait fait le tour des possibilités de son Jeu ? De toutes façons, que pourrait-on apporter de plus au jeu, sans pour autant dégrader sa jouabilité exemplaire ?
