All in all, Pet Stories is a successful variation and improvement on an already standard-setting game.

Kein Zweifel, mit den Sims Geschichten hat EA eine weitere Goldgrube aufgetan. Belanglose Geschichten mit problembeladenen Charakteren, und wir sind mittendrin statt nur dabei. Da muss die Kasse ja klingeln. Leider wurde dieses Konzept innovations- und lustlos umgesetzt. Immerhin darf der Sims-Fan sich rund 15 Stunden durch Aufgaben wie, „füttere den Hund“, „rufe ein Taxi“ oder „unterhalte dich mit deiner Freundin“ auseinander setzen, was in Zeiten wie Halo 3, das in rund 10 Stunden durch ist, schon eine Menge Spielzeit darstellt. Mehr positives fällt mir aber beim besten Willen nicht ein.
