As you travel through the eight neighbourhoods of Smileyville your job will be to match opposite pairs of smileys in each of the fifty houses you encounter. Sometimes the differences are easy such as a yellow and read smiley and other times the differences will be difficult such as subtle eye change.
Three different game modes are presented from the action mode which is the most basic game-play consisting of un-matching pairs, to the quest mode where you'll do pretty much the same as the action game but with few variation games. The last mode of play is the puzzle mode where your mission is to create a line a mis-matching smileys and trying to cover the entire house. Levels are cleared when the fill meter on the left is filled up or in the case of the puzzle mode when all the smileys have been accounted for.
Progressing through the levels presents challenges in the form of tougher to identify challenges and larger houses. But power-up vitamins will give special powers to the play to help them advance faster. Other bonuses such as wild-smileys will also help along in your quest.
As with all InterAction Studios games an on-line high score table is available for players from all over the world to share their high-scores.
