Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force Expansion Pack

So, my conclusion would have to be: great game, shame about the price. At this stage, a year after its initial Mac release, if you could buy the full game for $30 including the expansion then I'd say it was great value; and I wouldn't quibble at $15 for the expansion pack alone for existing players. But at $20 the expansion just feels a little pricey for what you get. As for the full game, anyone who wants it should really buy the expansion as well, and $50 for the two together is a heck of a lot for a short game. Time for a combined re-release, I think!

While I still heartily recommend the original Elite Force to anyone (great shooter, great storytelling), the Expansion Pack will appeal only to the hardest of Voyager-centric Trek Geeks. And even they'll be disappointed to discover that they can shut off the warp core, trigger a red alert, and transport to forbidden areas of the ship, but they can't open Janeway's underwear drawer.
