A bold new gambit for game publishers: why not announce a game -- with another game? This is a brief choose-your-own-adventure-style demonstration of the ambience developers are hoping to evoke with the upcoming stealth ninja game Mark of the Ninja, favouring sneaking, patience and the use of traps and gadgets over bold, full-frontal assault. In this brief taste, the player controls a ninja dispatched by Master Azai to terminate a target; some successful narrative choices reward players with a video clip of the upcoming game, showing what in the eventual full game would be equivalent to what was just described textually in this teaser game.
