If you buy this cartridge it is worth making sure you have a proper MSX joystick. It will make the game slightly easier to play because it uses both fire buttons for separate functions. The action is fast and furious and I would certainly nominate this as the MSX game of the year. I'd even go further and say that this is the MSX game of all time!

I won't say much about Nemesis, merely that it is the game that has been making the MSX world stand back in amazement at what can be achieved on the venerable machine.

Für Leute, die am liebsten Textadventures oder Schachspiele „auflegen“, ist NEMESIS wohl nicht empfehlenswert. Wer‘s jedoch „heiß“ mag und auf Herzklopfen, schweißtriefende Stirn und malträtierte Daumen abfährt, der kommt an Nemesis einfach nicht vorbei. Der Leser wird versucht sein, die positive Einseitigkeit dieses Berichts vielleicht einer Anfangseuphorie oder einem Autorenvertrag mit der Firma Konami zuzuschreiben. Beides ist nicht der Fall! Bei NEMESIS wurden ganz einfach alle Möglichkeiten des MSX-Systems ausgereizt. Und das war auch längst fällig!
