Description

My First Amazing History Explorer is an educational game where players get to go back in history with a time machine. The game tells the story about how Professor Timestein has gone missing and it's of course up to the player to find him. The game starts out at the professor's attic where the player meets the Time Fugitive who is responsible for the disappearance of the professor. The professor is trapped in time and to save him the player has to use a time machine to go back to different periods in history of time and complete a time trail. The player can travel to the following eight historical periods:
  • Ancient Egypt
  • Ancient Greece
  • The Roman Empire
  • Imperial China
  • Medieval Europe
  • The Inca Empire
  • The Age of Industry
  • A 1920's city
For each of these places the player is presented with a map that player can interact with by clicking on different hot spots. The player will then get information about the topic and can choose to answer a question to see if he has learned anything. When answering the question right the player is awarded with a sticker that he can put in his journal. Each location also holds one piece of the time trail map that the player needs to collect to rescue the professor. Other activities include being photographed at famous locations, designing a coat of arms and writing ones name in hieroglyphs.
