Zeitgleich mit der PC-Version erscheint Glover am 20. November. Wer also gerade seinen Weihnachtswunschzettel ausfüllt oder sich selbst eine Freude machen möchte, sollte eine Weile probespielen und sich diesen Handschuh ruhig einmal „überstreifen“. Denn der paßt verdammt gut, und es macht eine Menge Spaß, die Bälle und Kugeln durch die abwechslungsreichen Welten zu führen.
In the end, Glover is just plain fun--I have to admit I have become quite addicted to it. In the game, it's not always obvious what you're supposed to do next and, for me, a game that keeps me thinking keeps me coming back. Sure Glover is not perfect, but with totally unique gameplay and characters that are an absolute riot, Hasbro Interactive has a winner on its hands. That's a good thing, because I'm sure that if they make a Glover 2 or Son of Glover or whatever, it will be even better than the original, and that's not bad at all.
Glover is op het eerste gezicht een vreemde game met ietwat lastige controls, maar wanneer je die eenmaal onder de knie hebt, is het pret met hoofdletter P.
Hasbro's first game shows a lot of creativity and promise. This is a very good game. It would be a great game if the worlds were better fleshed out, the camera angles were easier to maneuver, and the character controls were more intuitive and natural (though I understand this is extremely challenging). Basically, they should have played a few more games of Super Mario World before they called this one done. I would only recommend this game to fairly hard core video gamers who like comic animation games.
Glover reminds me a lot of Iggy's Reckin' Balls in that they both look like simple or boring games, but underneath the kiddie candy-coated exterior lies a good game with an amazing amount of depth. Kudos to Hasbro Interactive for bringing something original to the tired platform genre. If you've got the time, try Glover on for size.

Although Glover doesn't have the big name like Zelda or Turok 2, it's a quality game that won't disappoint. Its worst failing is that it is being released at a time with so many other great games. It's completely original and inventive, and the play control is extraordinary.

I'd love to be able to wholly recommend this for it's original perspective on a tired genre, but it's let down by some flaws that can't be ignored. The controls seem to rely more luck than judgement, not in the least because Glover himself and the ball seem to operate under different laws of physics. On top of this, the camera system is incredibly obstructive and often makes solving the simple puzzles more difficult than necessary.
Voilà un jeu qui s'annonçait bien : un concept novateur qui paraissait séduisant, des photos d'écran alléchantes, mais la mauvaise jouabilité ternit le tableau. Souhaitons qu'Hasbro continue dans la voie de l'innovation, mais en portant une plus grande attention au gameplay de ses jeux.
