Rent grafiskt är Monster Truck Madness 64 hyfsat snabbt med läckert och originellt designade fordon. Tyvärr är bandesignen enklare och den ökända Nintendo-dimman ligger tät. I synnerhet om man är fyra spelare. Tillsammans med den tyngdlösa känslan och den märkliga eller rent av obefintliga kontrollen blir helhetsintrycket ett spel med kul och originella ambitioner men alltför slarvigt genomförande.
