Another repeating objective is the destruction of reactors

The destruction of a reactor is usually followed by looting of it's equipment

Neutral Areas allow no hostilities and are crewed by white helmeted soldiers

Finding little dolls of the Bionic Commando net him extra lives

Equipment Screen, you can only carry one item of each 'type' at the start of a mission

You're not the only soldier with a Bionic Arm as this shielded foe points out

Running into an enemy truck means you'll have to shoot your way through

Enemy Truck encounters are shown in a top-down view

The bionic claw isn't useless in top-view however, you can whirl it around like a helicopter blade
