Once you have completed each of the 4 main levels (while also obtaining the computer disk dropped by the level boss) you can access the hidden final level.

Highlight the Practice stage in the main menu and hold:

B+Select+UP and then press Start.

After choosing your characters, you'll enter the 5th stage.
