Summary

Here is the serious one.

The Good

I like FPS games. I like handheld consoles. I like Ashen. Really. This game has really good atmosphere, which is rather difficult to achieve on handheld console like N-Gage. Music tunes in game are catchy and finally sound loud enough so you must not search for your earphones to play with excitement. Sound effects are nice enough. Graphics engine pretty much looks like Quake (my favorite one). Although game story isn't one of those WOW!!! things, i liked it simply because when you play FPS game you want to shoot out those beasts and not to participate in soap opera. Range of weapons is pretty cool and i liked those weapon reload animations.

The Bad

Controls are horrible, but you can't expect better form this type of console. Nice thing is that there is auto aim on Y axis. I wish there is quick save option but there are only two checkpoints per chapter. Also i would like there is damage indicator so I can see from which side enemies attacking me.

The Bottom Line

All hard core FPS players should have this one. You hate Red Faction, S60 Quake runs slowly on your smart phone or you just hate C2DOOM? Take this one and enjoy.
