Description

On a Rainy Day is a freeware surrealist game about controlling a tree made out of hands. The player has to use the hands to grab umbrellas, providing a safe passage for paper boats passing at the bottom of the screen during rainy weather. Every free hand can be selected individually and dragged across the screen if the branch is long enough. Clicking right on a hand discards the umbrella. For every five boats safely reaching the other side of the screen, a new hand and umbrella fall from the sky. Red bonus boats provide a ton of new hands and umbrellas.

The branches can be extended in different directions by picking up hands. When the tree reaches the top of the screen, shown by a meter on the left, the hands wildly applaud your efforts, the rain disappears and the boats continue to travel endlessly without fear of drenched death.
