    Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams begins approximately 15 years after the annihilation of the
    infamous Japanese warlord Oda Nobunaga at Honno Temple. Another dark shadow now
    looms over Japan as his successor, Hideyoshi Toyotomi, aligns himself with the evil Genma
    forces.

    Assuming the role of Soki, a young warrior who possesses incredible power, players are
    challenged with thwarting Hideyoshi's pursuit for power. Assisted by a variety of
    companions, controlled by the new Allies System, Dawn of Dreams draws you into a vivid
    and epic action-RPG quest.
