is a social game set in space with turn-based battles similar to the Pokémon
games. The player controls a character that travels through space and visits different planets to complete quests, fight opponents, and capture, train and develop beasts that are then used in the battles.
As in other social games, it is free-to-play but with many options to buy items and other resources for real money, or get them through interaction with friends. When visiting a planet, the character can move around freely on an isometric map and gather resources, talk to characters and fight battles. Every significant action however requires energy. Once it runs out, the player either has to wait, acquire it through friends, or pay for Star Gems to expedite progress. The player can customize the character and some of the aesthetic options need to be paid for as well. The main currency in the game is called Lunar.
Similar to the Pokémon
games, beasts are caught in a gravity orb. Special elite beats can only be hatched through eggs that are bought. Each beasts has its own stats based on attack, defense, cosmic attack, cosmic defense and speed. They have meters for health and stamina and all use a specific gem and metal type. Beasts can level up just like the main character and get better or new skills. The Journal is similar to the Pokédex where an overview of all beasts is provided. They are organized in the categories common, flame, aquatic, snow, terra, flora, venom, primal, phantom, lighting, flying, tech and flux. They also can go through three evolutions to transform. Beasts have a catch difficulty and rarity level.
Battles are done on a separate battle map with two parties of up to three beasts. They take turns to attack and the player can determine the type of attack and which beast to target. Some beasts are more susceptible to certain attacks based on their gem and metal type. Players can set up alliances, similar to the concept of a guild, to work with friends to defeat other alliances.
