A replacement disk certificate found in the box had some entertaining instructions:

IBM HOME/ENTERTAINMENT DISKETTE REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE

Be careful not to damage your program diskette — you cannot make a backup copy. However, if you damage your diskette, follow the steps below to receive a replacement copy:

1. Fill out this certificate

2. Fold your damaged diskette in half (to allow it to fit in a regular envelope)

3. Mail in the certificate and your damaged diskette, along with your check or money order for the amount specified below to:
