Description
Years ago, a book containing clues to the whereabouts of an enormous treasure was written. The book was lost, but one person managed to get a hold on a portion of it. The young adventurer Refrain teams up with the magician Ria and their friends Groom and Gadem, embarking on a journey that will hopefully lead to riches and glory.
Alseides is a Japanese-style adventure game. Controlling Refrain, the player has to go through the commands Look, Talk, Use and Think (often combined with people or objects from a sub-menu) in order to advance to the next location and scene. Sometimes Refrain would be prompted to make a choice (usually following a Yes/No question). Wrong choices would then lead to Game Over.
