Description
Racer! is a top-down racing game. The game features randomized racetracks. The player can set some of the parameters to determine the difficulty: the width of the track and the number of potholes.
The player has only four controls, gas, brake, steer left and right. Using the steering the player must avoid running of the track and avoid potholes. By giving more gas the player goes faster, but this also means quicker responses are required to steer correctly.
After crashing or finishing a track the game reports the distance traveled, the average speed and the time taken. The player can opt to race the same track again or randomly generate a new one.
