The Australian version of Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh suffered the same fate as Duke Nukem 3D: The censorship feature is turned on permanently.

The only connection between Phantasmagoria 1 and 2 is the beginning of act 3. Curtis receives a letter which says about a book signing by Adrienne Delaney, the main character in Phantasmagoria 1. However it is impossible to meet Adrienne.

Paul Morgan Stetler ( the player who plays Curtis Craig ) also appears on Angelina Jolie's movie Life or Something Like It ( 2002 ) as a limo driver....
