A good video conversion of Pin-Bot killed by one bad decision. NES DarkBubble (370)

Yet more brilliance from Rare - the dudes behind Snake, Rattle 'n' Roll and Solar Jetman. This conversion of a classic Williams pintable boasts millions of bonuses, great ball action (fnerk), superb graphics, super sound and speech and a rather addictive line in playability. Check it out now!

A pinball game may seem a redundant idea, and I was doubtful at first this Rare conversion of the famous table would work. After playing it for a short while, however, I found this to be a cracking game - the ball movement is realistic (always the hardest thing to get right), the bonuses tricky by rewarding, and the overall effect makes this the closest thing to a pinball table possible on a console. The graphics may seem somewhat bland, but that's only because the emphasis has been placed on the more important aspects of the game. The flippers respond perfectly and the array of extra features make this game something special. For a change from the standard NES fare, check this out.

It's a fairly rare game which is cool and it's a very high quality adaptation of a real pinball machine.
