Tut, tut, tut! With an enormous tweak of the graphics engine, a complete redesign of the physics and possibly a huge amount of extra money Carmageddon could be a classic. As it stands... it's all hype. Buy or rent? Your choice. But don't say I didn't warn you!

Sounds good, right? Whoops, no. The least of the game’s problems is that the pedestrians were turned into green blooded ‘zombies’ for the UK market. And from there it gets worse. If there is such a thing as an anti-driving game then this is it. A totally wasted concept that isn’t even worth crossing the street for, let alone ten whole pounds.
