View Mode: threaded | watch thread I recently bought a CD-Rom version of Discworld through eBay and I can't seem to install the game. I can only run it from the CD-Rom without configuring the game's audio. Running setsound from the drivers folder in the CD gives me a "Cannot save configuration file" error. Meaning the game runs, but without any sound or music.I saw on The Legacy that the CD-Rom version of the game comes with an Installation Disk (link: http://www.thelegacy.de/Museum/game.php3?titel_id=4121&game_id=4157) that mine didn't have. Can anyone that owns the game confirm that I need the Installation Disk to setup sound and music for it? And yes, I know I can just go to any Abandonware site and download the game just fine, but I would like to have a legit working copy. | |||||
