This 2-pack marks the first time that the original version of Final Fantasy IV has been released to North America. The version we originally got was the Easy Type version(which had the game toned down for younger players and RPG novices), retitled Final Fantasy II.
It was once said that Nobuo Uematsu (the composer of most Final Fantasy games) wrote the music for the Final Fantasy main theme in just 10 minutes.
Chrono Trigger was voted #15 in the Top 100 Games of All Time poll published by Game Informer Magazine (Issue 100, August 2001).
