Attention to detail is amazing but the re-draw distance once again stops this from being a classic. Eventually this is forgotten, especially when eight enemy craft are buzzing around your tail. Some of the missions were a little short, perhaps a few breaks between tasks would have allowed the streets to be patrolled and some of the splendid scenery to be taken in. In the first game I always remember wishing that I could travel on the roads. Now you get the chance with the Rhino and the Rapter. The timing of their introduction is just at the point where flying the helicopter is becoming monotonous.

This game is fun. If you liked the original G-Police then chances are you’ll love this one. The graphics are gorgeous (although a bit irritating at times), the sounds are incredible, and the gameplay will keep you busy for hours. I suggest renting it if you’re a bit unsure although I doubt you’ll be sorry if you buy it.

Psygnosis could have churned out just another pretty game with Weapons of Justice, but it didn't. Everything about this game shows amazing attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. If you're looking for a simple game, you won't find it here. But if you're looking for a shooter with lots of complexity and excellent design, Weapons of Justice fits the bill.

Super Play

Game Revolution
On the whole, G-Police is a fun action shooter. You got your big weapons, big enemies, and big explosions, along with some fast flying and shooting. If only they'd worked on the navigation stuff, easy to learn controls, and that weird simulation-like popup, they would have had a much better game.
