In Cold Blood

If you enjoy strategy games that really make you think, Cold Blood is a good one. The graphics are excellent, but movement animation is a little clumsy. There is a lot to do and the developer’s assertion of 60 hours of gameplay may be optimistic, unless you fly through games like this.

Enfin un titre original qui se démarque du survival horror classique par son thème novateur et très prenant et où les combats ne sont par forcement placés au premier plan. De Sang Froid est une réussite tant sur le fond que dans la forme.

Als In Cold Blood helemaal uit het niets was gekomen zou ik verrast zijn door het sterke verhaal en de sfeervolle filmpjes, maar de hype die rondom dit spel is gecreëerd, leidt wat mij betreft alleen maar tot teleurstelling want In Cold Blood blijkt verre van perfekt.

At this stage, In Cold Blood looks like a quality package. The voice acting is spot-on and the game is hugely atmospheric. The character animation is currently naff and the loading times are long, but there's time for these quirks to be fixed. What may cause the most problems is the nature of play itself: puzzles are logical but tough; progress is satisfying yet slow.

Att Revolution Software har flirtat med både 989 Studios och Konamis spionthrillers är helt uppenbart. Men de fick på foten innan de ens hann bjuda ut någon av dem på date. För In Cold Blood kan inte, trots välskrivet manus, konkurrera med varken Metal Gear Solid eller Syphon Filter 2.
