The 56 score for this wonderful game is really an outrage. Actually, your own MG review is the thing that prevents me from playing it. I'm not sure I wanna play a supossedly-horror game in which I'm constantly interrupted by random RPG battles. I hated random battles even in games like Xenogears, I guess I'd hate them twice as much in a horror game. More importantly, I imagine something like that would kill any atmosphere the game might've managed to build. Then again, like I said, I didn't play it. I might even like it. It's one thing to dislike random battles and another thing to give such low scores to a game for idiotically marginal reasons. I mean, just look at those "professional" reviews. They all say that the game has outstanding story, dialogues, atmosphere, and interesting gameplay ideas. But alas, the enemies don't look intimidating enough, and the combat is too slow (yeah, 'cause it makes a brain work, apparently something those reviewers lack) - therefore, I'll give the game a 50 out of 100 score! Ridiculous. And infuriating. Maybe they review games like me. I just prefer trashing game more than kissing ass.
