So near...yet so far — this is most definitely a case where the developer's aspirations were not matched by their ability. A bit of a shame that.

Overall, Perfect Weapon certainly isn’t what it purports to be, but it really should have come somewhere close due to its many endearing qualities, such as the nature of the problem solving, a kill bar which must be filled before progression to the next level is allowed and four-against one combat. So near... yet so far – this is most definitely a case where the developer’s aspirations were not matched by their ability. A bit of a shame that.

Mega Fun (Mar, 1997)
Die Ansätze des Games sowie der Sound und die Grafik sind durchaus durchdacht, aber leider scheint dem Entwicklerteam das Wort Kollisionsabfrage fremd zu sein (Wenn man Gegner durchdringen kann, ohne Ihnen Energie abzuziehen, nervt das!). Auch verwirrt das schnelle Umschalten der Perspektive. Außerdem bewegt sich Blake derart zäh, daß einem die Füße einschlafen. Fazit: Steuerung und Kollisionsabfrage stark überarbeiten und verbessern. dann zweiten Teil herausbringen. Dann gut.
