Description
The events of this game take place three years after those described in the first
Persona. A curse has befallen Sumaru City, a town in modern-day Japan. The curse is placed by a mysterious being who calls himself "The Joker". A group of high-school students decide to investigate the matter, but the way to stop Joker's evil schemes is anything but easy, and the students must confront their own past and their own darker selves in order to complete the mission...
In "Innocent Sin", your party travels through dungeons and fights randomly encountered monsters in turn-based style, but you can also make your characters talk to the monsters, escape fights, and receive information and valuable items. Each party member can also summon "personas", mysterious beings who will fight on your side.
The game is a prequel to
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment and was never released outside of Japan.
