I feel sure that this game will be loved by all fans of the beat-em-up genre. The Flying attacks are simply awesome and add a new twist to this type of game. Its unlikely that this game will be released in the USA, but I can tell you that it is worth every extra dollar that you will pay for the import version.
GamePro (US) (Jan 01, 2000)
The graphics unfortunately suffer form shrinkage when the camera zooms out. The sounds are strong with heroic fight music for each stage. Control is easy - the combos are'nt as deep or as extensive as those in Tekken 2. The game can be mastered easily, which makes it boring in the long run. In all, Psychic Force is a Force to be reckoned with - at least as a rental.

Gamezilla (1997)
This is not a terrible game, but it is also not great. I had a rough time getting into the gameplay even though the graphics were awesome and the concept was unique. It was difficult to control the fighters and even more difficult to pull off the psychic moves. I think this game may be on to something that will freshen the fighting genre, but it still needs to be refined.
All in all, if you're in a for a quick fix and you've played everything else out there, then rent Psychic Force. If you've yet to master Tekken 3 or the like, then you should be looking into one of those titles.

Think of Psychic Force like crack. It's a cheap, immediate thrill, and gets you flying like no other. But once the initial high wears off, you're stuck with a hollow experience that never lives up to its initial expectations.
Psychic Force was pretty...interesting. I know that's a little vague, but let me explain. The graphics weren't great, but they weren't all that bad either. The control was decent, but not real horrid. It's a good two-player game and an "okay" one-player game. It's definitely worth playing, but buying it may not be for this one since it's kind of "iffy". It has some good points like its neat special moves and cool anime cinemas, but then you realize that it's kind of sloppy overall and a little annoying to play in the One-player Mode.
