World League Soccer 98

I found World League Soccer 98 a little frustrating at first as the quick passing movements and clinical finishing of the top teams left me with a mountain to climb before reaching half time (and that was only 1-0). However, the two player mode allows you the time to build up your skills before facing the mighty forces of the Premiership elite. WLS turns the difficulty setting up an extra notch which makes goal scoring no longer a formality but a tactical reward for prizing open the oppositions defence. This makes the game playable for a greater length of time although you will obviously miss out on the enjoyment of putting ten past your local rivals.

World League Soccer 98 is een goede voetbalgame. Ondanks dat de gameplay iets sneller had gemogen, doet het weinig onder voor toppers als Soccer Golden Goal en FIFA 98.

Men precis som Silicon Dreams tidigare skapelse Olympic Soccer flyter World League Soccer bra och som en liten bonus har der försetts med härliga kommentatorer, men inte riktigt lika bra som de i Actua Soccer 2. Och även om World League Soccer inte kommer att gå till historien som något av de bästa fotbollspelen är det rejäl valuta för pengarna. Mycket tack vare att det är så svårt.
