The Adventures of Cookie & Cream is a diamond in the rough. This gem of a game certainly doesn’t feature outstanding graphics or amazing CG, but it has it where it counts – the gameplay – as this addicting puzzler is a blast. It can be played one-player, but it will have your brain going in so many directions, you won’t know your up from your down. So C&C’s true joy is found in its two-player adventure where both players have to work as a team, coordinating jumps, working out puzzles, and just having a good time. Plus, since the game can be played with one hand, it’s the perfect game to sip your favorite beverage as you play. If you love games, you’ll love Cookies & Cream. It’s just too addictive to not enjoy.
There really is no other game out there that I can think of like Cookie & Cream. Whether you are looking at it for the challenging single-player mode, the innovative cooperative two-player mode, or the "get to know your guests" party game mode, C&C succeeds. A few more levels and more multiplayer customization would have extended the gameplay even further, but for being the start of something great, C&C deserves an 88.

Thankfully, the game is just as fun for two players. Even the three- and four-player minigame is fun. The Adventures of Cookie & Cream will make you froth at the mouth in frustration, but it will keep you playing. A great title that will appeal to everyone who tries it.
The Adventures of Cookie and Cream is an entertaining game that may be lost under the deluge of other PS2 games coming out, and that would be a shame. Hopefully this game will get the recognition it deserves and, at the very least, achieve the status of sleeper hit. Don't let the cutesy appearance fool you. Under the deceptively simple appearance of the game lies quite a bit of depth and ingenuity on the part of the developers. And what's more, it's a lot of fun to play. Please do go play this game, at least a little bit. The sheer replay value of it makes it a pretty good purchase, but if you're skeptical just go out, rent it, and play it for a little while. I have a hard time believing that you could manage to not enjoy yourself.
Guys, if you can swallow the sugary sweet visuals and silly story of The Adventures of Cookie & Cream, it's a pretty sure bet that your girl will get into it, if not for the visuals, then for the puzzle elements and clever level designs. Grab a couple controllers, cuddle up on the couch, and get your date on, courtesy of The Adventures of Cookie & Cream.
The Adventures of Cookie & Cream is a great game to boot up when you have friends over, for the cooperative action or the frantic versus mode. Those who are looking for a challenge will find the single-player aspect of the game right up their alley. The Adventures of Cookie & Cream features a simple visual style and control scheme, accompanied by some fresh new gameplay ideas that make this game worth playing.
The rest of you are advised at the very least to rent this game -- even if you don't want to own it for all time, it's one of those things that you ought to experience for a little while, just to say you've done it. Reflect, after all, that in a sane world there is absolutely no reason at all that this game would ever come to America, and certainly not without a complete makeover and stupid American characters thrown in to replace the MEGA-BOSS rabbits with flowerpots and banjos.
Halfway through the game, one of you may even end up dead. Might be you; might be her. Might be suicide; might be homicide. It's anyone's guess! One thing is for sure: if you are the survivor, you'll pass this game along to your friends. Misery loves company. That's how it happened to me. It was given to me by someone formerly in a couple who recommended I play it with my girlfriend. Care to guess how that worked out for me?
Thankfully, these problems disappear when two players combine their efforts and the game becomes a lot of fun. It's still quite simple when compared to other platformers, such as Rayman Revolution, and there's a little repetitiveness to the levels, but the puzzles are always surprisingly fresh and the concept can't be beat. Throw in a four-player battle mode and you've got a cool little party game to boot.
the final verdict. I love the creativity and the attempt to create something unique, but there are more than a few flaws that get in the way. The fun comes from the communication elements, and for that alone, Cookie and Cream is a worthwhile rental for couples. But be forewarned that arguments can result. If you want to please your date, try sharing a real bowl of ice cream instead.
