Description

A nameless young salaryman, bored with his ho-hum life, has started having strange dreams and visions. He hears calls for help from a distant voice, and catches glimpses of a fantastic kingdom not of this world. One night, he comes home from work and finds a curious program on his laptop, which seems to be a simple picture-book creator. Intrigued, he starts it up, when suddenly a bright light envelopes him. When he awakens, he is in the strange land he saw in his dreams, surrounded by five beautiful young girls. They believe he is the savior that they have been waiting for, and without any way to return to his home, the man has no choice but to join them on their adventure.

Kanojo no Densetsu, Boku no Sekiban (Her Legend, My Picture) is a traditional Japanese-style visual novel. The player reads along as the story proceeds, occasionally making decisions which will lead to one of over 20 different endings. Somewhat anachronistically, the protagonist has access to his laptop, which he can use to review previous events, check his email, or fiddle with a variety of settings and other features.
