Summary

Has its moments, but fails towards the end

The Good

I was looking forward, as always, to the next NBA Live game, and this had its moments. Basically the same as NBA Live 2000, which isn't such a bad thing. And the graphics, although not great, are a step up from the past.

The Bad

Like I mentioned above, there isn't enough to separate this from last years effort. More work should be done on the gameplay, not the graphics. And a few more new play modes wouldn't hurt either.

The Bottom Line

Not a bad attempt at bringing the NBA Live series to PS2, but there's still a way to go. Hopefully NBA 2002 will be a better overall package.
