The final boss battle, by now you will not be able to heal yourself but your health bar will have a really big value. Now, when you enter the main room and dispose of last guard, L.E.D. Supreme Commander will come on scene. He will shift forms and fly around constantly shooting at you. Find a way to jump over the ledges and onto the top platform. Now, you have three different way to fire, and your enemy can change into three different forms. Depending on whether he's armored into a metallic ball or open-shielded, use your zapping weapon or laser, one of them will work on certain shape of his. He will then come to the center of top platform and only send hovering grenades at you that you can take care of with your weapon from a distance. However, your weapons won't work on him while in that form, so you'll have to approach him and quickly switch your weapon to some sort of a shockwave amplifier that will shortly disable the enemy and force him to shift forms again, in which way you should quickly switch your weapon to correspond to the form of his you can harm. Repeating that a few times will probably be necessary, but remember, this battle requires quick reflexes and very quick weapon selection.
