Take up the mantle of the Shaman's apprentice and use powerful magics and bizarre Juju spirits to defeat evil
In an ancient, tribal world where the gods make their presence known every day and magic is a reality, Tak embarks on a quest to defeat evil and recover the powerful moonstones. Using his shamanic skills over animals, plants and the elements, Tak must work his way through the non-linear levels to ultimately face off against the nefarious Tlaloc.
Learn to master the main items you gather on your journey such as the Spirit Rattle, vaulting pole and the obligatory blowpipe. Along with real world physics, stunning lighting effects and challenging puzzles, Tak has a wicked sense of humour and you'll be giggling as you follow his crazy adventures.
Watch out for Tak on your TV as well, as Nickelodeon have plans for a series.

Help Tak bust out a can of Juju on the villain that transformed his tribe into sheep!
In THQ's Tak and the Power of Juju, you'll guide Tak, a young warrior with a big heart and growing mystical abilities, as he tries to save his fellow Pupanunu villagers and their benevolent guardian, the Moon Juju, from a shaman's powerful evil. Hone Tak's magical Juju powers as you navigate a rich and exotic landscape and stick extreme boarding tricks on snow and sand!
Features
- Leap and swing through 10 massive levels teaming with fun, colorful characters.
- Utilize tools like the pole vault, blow pipe and chicken disguise to defeat Tlaloc's forces.
- Real world physics allow you to use your environment to your advantage.
Throughout your jungle journey, you'll encounter helpful animals and even the great Moon Juju's sassy, fairylike daughter Flora. Count on Flora to show you the ropes (or vines, in this case) throughout your quest to free the villagers transformed into sheep by the evil Tlaloc. As you guide young Tak throughout his adventure, you'll want to watch the brightly colored feather adorning his pageboy coif: It indicates his health status. Along the way, you'll gather additional feathers to boost Tak's health and magic levels and acquire new Juju powers. On top of that, you'll meet Tlaloc's comical Timon-and-Pumbaa-ish sidekicks--a rambunctious pair of voodoo-dolls named Pins and Needles.
Bottom Line
THQ's Tak and the Power of Juju blends cool animation, challenging gameplay, and a sunny story to create a fun and fulfilling adventure game. Tak's cuteness quotient will please younger gamers while its many challenges should have adults returning again and again to Tak's bouncy, Technicolor jungle.
